Our booking policy

Booking & Cancellations 

Our booking and cancellation terms and conditions are below, if you have any questions about these terms then please contact us.  

Bookings

Our preferred booking method is via e-mail or text message. As I am in treatments most days my phone is on silent, but I will reply to all messages at the end of the working day.

We recommend you book ahead as the salon gets booked up far in advance and we get very busy, particularly in peak periods.  

 

A booking fee is required for all bookings and will be 50% of the cost of the treatment. Booking fee deposits will be deducted from your final bill when paying on the day. 

Booking fees are transferable to another date only if you provide us with more than 48 hours notice. We will do our upmost to fill your appointment and transfer your deposit to your next appointment.

Cancellations 

We know things crop up and we understand busy lives can mean changes to your schedule.  

 If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as you can (at least 24 hours in advance please), this helps us re-allocate your slot. You may know how busy we can get and how frustrating it is when we can’t fit you in, so this helps us free up spaces for those wanting to book. We will do our best to re-schedule you in at our next availability. 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in you having to pay 50% of the scheduled appointment. This will need to be paid before you can make another booking.

 

Late arrivals 

If you are running late, this may cause the treatment time to be shortened or possibly cancelled. The full cost of the treatment booked will be charged. 


We endeavour to provide an efficient, flexible service at all times and appreciate your co-operation.
